Milburn Holiday Cottages

Join us on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond this year for a week or two immersed in the relaxed luxury of one of our five star cottages, all available for weekly or half weekly lets 52 weeks of the year.

Most of our holiday cottages are located at Millburn, a secluded enclave surrounded by woodland, hills and the Luss Water. Two centuries ago, this idyllic haven would have been abuzz with industry as cotton and timber were milled to fuel the growing demand of urban expansion throughout Britain and beyond. Today, the soundtrack of this peaceful steading is one of birdsong and the babbling brook.

A little downstream, River Cottage lies in the heart of Luss village, only a 3minute stroll from the shores of Loch Lomond. Closer still are the village shops, pub and historic church - a streetscape which will ring a bell or two with a anyone who watched tv's Take the High Road.

We have seven holiday cottages, ranging in size from one to three bedrooms, and each offering their own distinct blend of chic country style. Some date back to the eighteenth century, and have been lovingly and respectfully restored. Others are new, architect designed properties.
Historic or contemporary, each cottage portrays its own unique character, tastefully furnished throughout and with all the little finishing touches, comforts and conveniences you might expect of five star accommodation.
