Summer Garden Party

Recently, Luss Estates Company held their Annual Summer Garden Party at Camstraddan House on Saturday 28th June. It was a truly wonderful day filled with sunshine, laughter, and community spirit.

The weather was glorious, setting the perfect scene for a relaxed afternoon of fun and connection with colleagues, friends, and family. From the moment guests arrived to the sounds of the Helensburgh Pipe Band, the atmosphere was one of warmth and celebration.

Guests enjoyed a traditional hog roast provided by the fantastic team at Spitting Pig Company, along with sweet treats from Dino’s Ice Cream, which were a huge hit with both children and adults. The garden was alive with colour and activity – from face painting and flower crown making to a bouncy castle, helter skelter, and outdoor games, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The cake competition also proved to be a popular highlight, with some truly impressive entries.

A photographer was on hand throughout the afternoon, capturing informal family portraits and candid moments in the beautiful setting of Camstraddan House. The floral dress theme brought even more colour and charm to the day, with guests

embracing the summery spirit in style.

We’re incredibly grateful to Sir Malcolm and Lady Colquhoun for opening their home and hosting such a memorable event. A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who contributed – our wonderful vendors, the dedicated staff who made it all happen, and of course, the Luss Estates team and their families, whose presence and enthusiasm made the day so special.

We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year.
